We explored Cuban cuisine with this menu starting with a Grilled Swordfish Ceviche with corn chips, then enjoyed a Cuban Ground Beef Stuffed Plantain with Black Beans and Avocado, Tomato, and Onion Salad. The evening with a decadent and boozy Cuban Rum Cake.
