June 18 - Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce Dinner

Our first class at the International Pantry!

For the appetizer, we began with Cheesy Corn Fritters with a garlic aioli sauce. Then we served up grilled flank steak with chimichurri sauce and a simple vinaigrette salad for the main course. The evening was rounded out with mini Boston Cream Pie cakes.
