The evening menu featured Prosciutto and Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms, Baked Salmon with a Citrus Beurre Blanc Sauce on a bed of Garlic Sauteèd Spinach, and a rich Chocolate Pavlova with whipped cream and a caramel sauce.
